We use WooCommerce API to get the information from your website and show It in the app. Woocommerce API has a requirement to work properly.

No, we don’t do that. When you add your consumer key, and consumer secret in the app, we encrypt it and save it on your phone. The encryption key is different on each device so reverse engineering the app will not allow anyone to open the encrypted data.

We use WooCommerce webhooks. When a new order is created on your website, the webhook sends a notification to your phone. WooCommerce only tigers the webhooks every 1 minute. The delay on the new order notification is because of the 1-minute cycle WooCommerce has.

Yes. You can add as many as you need in the app.

  • Make sure the keys you have used have Read/Write access.
  • Open the Woocer app. Go to settings. Switch off and on the notifications.
  • Try to add one fake order from your WordPress panel to see if you get any notifications.
